Being a retired book editor and generally aware of the raging inanities of the marketplace, it struck me as unhappy that your father’s book was published only in Norway and not elsewhere. He was such a good and thorough actor. Whatever happened to the original MS? Is the book even available in Norwegian?      I’ve seen him in a few other roles and always enjoy his humane quality.
