I haven't been able to find this again, but a while ago I saw a bit of it on
(presumably) YouTube.

It features a very young Colin Campbell, and Derek Jacobi (I didn't get to
his appearance) would also have been very youthful.

 

Perhaps it has been released on DVD - some Armchair Theatres have.
