[ACET_LIST] ACET 2018 - LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER!

Good morning,

We are a week away from the annual ACET conference, and are still accepting late registration.  Be advised, however, at this late date, that hotel availability is at a premium.  When the date for this year’s conference was set, we did not then know that Magnolia was having their “Silobration” at the same time (October 18-20, 2018, https://wacoheartoftexas.com/event/silobration/), so the accommodations for this weekend are much higher than normal.  I would look for hotels that are further away from the downtown area (Robinson is ~5 miles away, Hewitt/Woodway is ~8 miles away, Bellmead is ~3 miles away).

We ran a report of available accommodations late yesterday, and have the following possibilities:

  *   Hilton Garden Inn Waco - $309 - $361, (254) 633-4233
  *   Red Roof Inn - $159, (254) 752-3388
